At CT Equipment and Services, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. The only payment processed through our website is a $50 refundable deposit for dumpster rental scheduling.

Deposit Refund Policy

• A full refund of the $50 deposit will be issued if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled dumpster delivery date.

• If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery, the deposit is non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To cancel your dumpster rental and request a refund:

1. Email us at cody@ctservices.com

2. Include your name, contact information, and scheduled delivery date

3. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

No Other Payments or Purchases

Please note that no other products or services are sold directly through this website. All other transactions or services are handled separately and do not fall under this online refund policy.
