1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this website to engage in any fraudulent or harmful activity or to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content.

2. Service Agreements

All services—including demolition, hauling, dumpster rentals, and junk removal—are subject to separate agreements and quotes. By submitting a request for services, you agree to provide accurate information and accept the terms provided in your quote or service contract.

3. Dumpster Rental Terms

  • Dumpsters are delivered and picked up on the agreed dates.

  • The rental includes 1 ton of waste. Additional weight is prorated at $80/ton.

  • Extra rental days are $40 per 24 hours.

  • Certain materials (e.g., electronics, paint, oils, tires) may incur additional disposal fees.

  • Hazardous materials must not be mixed with general waste.

  • Prices may vary slightly based on location.

4. Payment Terms

Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in your quote or invoice. Late payments may result in additional fees or service delays.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are subject to review based on services already rendered.

6. Liability

CT Equipment & Services is not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of rented equipment or failure to follow provided guidelines. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is protected and only used to provide services or contact you regarding your quote or service needs. We do not share or sell your data.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
